Hi, my name is Lisa. I'm newish . . . was here a few years ago and left, got discouraged and gave up. But I'm back. This time my husband has joined me on my quest to be healthy and strong. I'm in my 40's and looking for friends of a similar age who are on their way (or those who are already there) to healthy and strong as well.
