I’ve started taking photos of my scale during morning weigh-ins if it’s a new low during my current weight loss journey. Then, I post the image to my MFP weight entry. Just started this visual practice in the last month and really like it.

Here are two photos I snapped since I’ve started this practice:

It’s been a good month, not only weight loss but fitness conditioning.

I started my journey on 8/31/2018 at 210.8 lbs. Today was day 90 at 191.7 lbs. Destination is my 64th birthday in mid-February with a plan to be at 177.0 lbs. which is 10 percent higher than high school senior weight which I believe is my ideal weight.

Might share some selfies later. My avatar is me at age 52 weighing about 180 lbs.

My diet and training discipline at this moment on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 10. Nobody is going to hijack my journey.
