Hello Everyone

Four and a half years ago I lost about 2 stone with MFP before my wedding and of course I have put it almost all back on... So I am back here and would like to lose 51lbs this time. I know this will take a while.
Last time I had a good handfull of MFP friends who we share diary, comments, low and high times and it really motivated me and I am hoping that it helped them too to stay motivated.

I am looking for some friends this time round too. Now don't get me wrong, I acknowledge that everyone is different and approach dieting and changing habits but I feel that just with real life friends being like minded to our approach with MFP friends is important. So I am looking for some friends speaking English or French, looking to change habits with real food (sorry again, I don't judge but I am not for replacement shakes or bars food), in real life conditions (yes we all have a life and sometimes a glass of wine (or even 2) is needed or wanted, people who try to have a balanced life with balanced food (again sorry but 1400 calories for me is not the same if you eat this in 3 meals or if you have a fast food life).
You might find that the fact that I want like minded people as MFP strange but I know that this is how I would be able to support and help other people. And again I don't judge anyone else who decided to do this journey another way, this is just how I see it for myself.

So if you feel that this could be you and that you are looking for some support, please friend me. G x

PS: I work from home, don't do much exercise and I know that this is something I need to change with time. So my fitbit is connected and will try to get walking a bit more to start with.
