Hey choi, welcome to the site.

losing weight is very simple and easy. Just eat a little fewer calories than you burn daily. Literally, that simple. The calories can come from pudding, bread, ice cream, meats, veggies, pop, whiskey. Literally anything. but its probably better for overall health if you consume some nutritious calories because afterall, losing weight isn't all health translates to.

To figure out how much calories you burn on average, checkout this thread. It will also help you figure out your main macros which will help you get your 6 pack in the long run:

To get a 6 pack, you basically need to reduce your bf%. In order to do that, strength training is a good way. May I recommend weight lifting? stronglifts is a good starter program for weight lifting if you're into.

I am tagging this thread for my other friends to potentially see this and expand on the info I provided. If you have a bit more specific questions, I welcome you to join this group and make more specific question threads in there

Depends on your definition of "burn" if you mean your total daily engery expenditure then yes, calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight.

If you mean "burn" in the sense of exercise calories then hell no, that is one way to eventually kill yourself quicker!
