Hi all, im on day 3 on mfp and so far so good, I enjoy logging and tracking things so hopefully this will work for me..

iv been on and off following slimming world for the last 3 years which so it will take some getting use to having to weigh my carbs and meats but im hoping this will be a healthier option for me...

Any ex slimming worlders have any tips?? xx
