Trying again

Hi everyone! I lost 40 pounds a few years ago but life got in the way and I gained it back. So, here I am, ready to try again. I'm looking for new friends to motivate me and keep me going!

yes I'm back again too....I once lost about 30 lbs on MFP, so I know it can work, it's just that I lose focus somewhere along the way.....so here I go again....5 years later time to lose it again!
