Just wanted to whinge and whimper: on a hypertrophy phase of my training, and that coupled with learning oly lifts means my glutes are KILLING me. Whimper... 😥

Hydrate, stretch, BCAA/Post Workout Supplement, may help.4

And use the handicapped stall in the restroom!8

DOMS is related to micro-damage with inflammation resulting, so BCAA's and Post Workouts don't help. Tart Cherry juice is show to help with this and of course there's always ibuprofen if you must have something.3

Just like kids, they get all sore when you make them work but then they grow and are your pride and joy.5

I just did some squats a couple of days ago after not doing any for months. my quads are on fire lol1

HaHA, I have not had DOMS on many many months. I took a week off after a 7 month bulk and wouldn't ya know DOMS.....2
