Lunchtime?

I have to go to this Indian restaurant today for lunch, I know it is going to blow everything! And I know that it's important to have a balanced diet and eating what you want, but for the past 3 days I have been eating so badly, (over my recommended intake and only bad foods) And I don't want to continue on with eating junk. Curries are usually very rich, so what should I do? What are some healthier options they may have?
