Exersise can increase make you hungrier. I work out in the am before I eat. I have a glass of water before my workout and then I eat around 10am and then 3-4pm. Eating 2 times a day is a natural way I like to eat. It may not work for you, but it allows me to have a bigger brunch and dinner with calories left over for a snack.

Also maybe play with your macros and see if maybe eating more protien, carbs or fat helps satiate. Some people protien helps keep them fuller longer others its carbs still others fat. I'm a little heavy on carbs, protien then fat that seems to work for me.

So play around with meal timing and what you eat and see if that helps.

plan for it! plan your day so you have a snack after your walk. or walk before a meal so you can eat right after.

also, how did you decide on calories to eat? have you gone too low (that is not healthy and can make it impossible to stick to healthy eating) and don't forget to eat back exercise calories.

You may not be eating enough to fuel your workouts.
    1. How much weight do you want to lose and what is your weekly weight loss goal set to?
    2. What percentage of the calories that you earned from exercise are you eating back?

Have a snack after your workout. MFP is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories, assuming they are calculated accurately.
  • Thank you.

  • It’s normal to be hungry after working out, you aren’t doing anything wrong. Unless you aren’t eating after you workout.
That it I was not eating enough. Thank you

I am the opposite. I feel more stabilized in hunger after working out. People are so different!
