I tried a pumpkin smoothie recently. Canned pumpkin, cinnamon, spinach (of course), Greek yogurt, silk and vanilla protein powder. It was pretty good. Something different for the season.

A seasonal treat: canned pumpkin, almond milk, a frozen banana, and pumpkin pie spices to taste. Yummy! Tastes like pumpkin pie!

@kshama2001 I used one cup pumpkin, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1.5 cups almond milk, handful of spinach, spices to taste. You can add a bit of avocado if you want some healthy fat in there. This makes a large smoothie.

For some reason I cannot stand canned pumpkin in anything but pie (I think it's mental), but I make smoothies with roasted squash sometimes. (Mostly I make smoothies in the summer, though.)

I really like half an avocado, protein powder (plain or a not too bothersome vanilla), whatever dairy (often lowfat yogurt when I have the avocado for fat) or homemade nut milk is available, fennel (or zucchini if I don't have fennel on hand), a bunch of frozen spinach or kale, and then strawberries to taste. Mango is good as an alternative to the strawberries.

Strawberries plus fresh melon or watermelon (with the same rest of the ingredients) is delicious in summer, in season.

I often experiment with different herbs, but again in the summer when they are fresh and inexpensive for me.

I like to add protein, yogurt, frozen berries (or other fruit), spinach and peanut butter (you can use powdered to save calories).

I use about 90 grams, which is about 1 serving, according to the can label.

Pb2, protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, and 5-6 frozen unsweetened strawberries plus ice. I added mayo, but you can't taste it. It's good for when you only eat 1 or 2 meals in a day. About 347 calories, 24 carbs, 17 net carbs.
