New person here, been using the app for just over a month now and it's become a bit addictive.

I'm 41, from the UK, have a herniated disc (for just over a year) with an operation on the horizon, so I'm doing my best to get in shape and lose weight (more the former than the latter).

I'm trying to achieve this mostly through the gym 4-5 days a week and walking every day and watching what I eat with the app.

So that's me… hello.
