i started the 30 day challenges

I started doing both ab & squat challenge at same time I did 10 days but I quit 2 days ago.. I feel so tired & heavy like a blimp. I dont know why??? It sucks. Did I take on too much at once???? I want to keep going but I dont want to hurt myself either.. I dont have no energy :( am I doing something wrong???

    One at a time. I just finished day ten of the ab challenge and OMG it was painful. I have other things I am doing too but I will say I would not be able to do both abs and squats th same month. Squats is next months goal.

    You probably should try to do one at a time or alternate every other day stretching it out to 60 days.whatever works for you.good luck.I need to get back with it I was doing the squat challenge to but quit after day 17
  • Thanx. Ill try alternating days see how that goes, if not ill start over & do 1 at a time, I just hate the way I feel now I feel like I gained weight and have no energy. Hopefully this works
