App/tracking combinations

Just wondering what and how other people combine apps to help with health, and to share what I use just now.

I used to run more, but below is my current set of apps, my Apple Watch does most of the tracking. Health View is a nice interface. Health Mate is my Withings scale. Health Fit sends my Apple activities so Strava (and other non-standard services) and Heart Watch just gives a few insights and such.

After some time using a Fitbit Surge I moved on to an Apple Watch and have never really looked back, the only small downside is shorter battery life so I can’t track sleep with it.

Between this combination I can focus pretty well and all data seems to be shared and to “play nicely”.

Any tips or suggestions from others or thoughts on this mix?
