I started my new journey on 1 September. I had a terrific week. Went to gym every morning, did a 5km walk yesterday, my calorie intake was great, no cheats. But when I got onto the scale this morning it was like no change from a week ago. Although I know I shouldn't be, I was upset. Then I decided to take out my measurement tape. Wow, my victory this week was measured with a tape and not a scale. I lost 22cm in the last 2 weeks. 8cm around my middle, 5cm around my hips and 5cm around my chest.

The scales will catch up2 -
Scales will catch up. Fun to look at the scale as more a part of a puzzle. Work out really hard, sore, etc and see how long it takes for the scale to react. Normally a couple of days and normally all at once for me. Of course a weekend in on vacation, I am always glad the scale is kind the next day. All about trending and the direction vs the spikes up or down in the day to day weights for sure!

Great job, keep it up. Just keep taking it, one day at a time.0
