Well, here goes attempt #99!

Hello!

I am one of the many, many Americans who is overweight (technically obese according to my BMI..) and it's been difficult. My eating habits are very poor, and I was about to give up.

Until I discovered the aerial arts. I have been practicing for a little over a month now but I'm making great progress with strength and flexibility. I think its finally time I get my weight in check, as well!

So, yea I'm new here and hoping to get somewhere with this. My goal is to not only lose weight but to totally change my diet habits which I know is going to be super difficult. I would love to meet some other people here in the same boat as me, so anyone who wants to buddy up with me is welcome!
