Body Fat Reduction / Getting There

Wanted to share this. Always looking for extra tips as well. When I decided in June to get healthy, weight loss was a good part of the equation, but Body Fat Reduction was #1. So fast forward to today, full month #5 and my BF % continues to drop!!! I am so excited over this. Hit goal weight a month ago and the BF still slowly coming down. Goal is 15% so work still to do. Any tips would be appreciated. I am now heavy lifting, light cardio. Keeping calorie intake around 1,800 but feel I got work to do on carbs (need more). Macros 40% carb, 30% fat, 30% protein.
