recipe for MOIST, fluffy pancakes with coconut flour!?

I've just discovered coconut flour, and it makes pancakes batters so fluffy and thick! I've tried a few recipes but all of them have been dry:( Does anyone have a recipe using coconut flour for pancakes that's actually moist?
