I was a member here a few years ago and I lost 106lbs total. I have now gained 46lbs of that back. I went to my dads birthday party tonight and there were a lot of pictures taken and it seemed to hit me as I was looking at them. I obviously knew I was gaining weight, but I look awful! I am so ashamed of myself. I want to get back on the right track and get back to my original goal and be someone my kids can be proud of. I am going to need help and support from any one who cares to give it. This site helped me so much before and I really hope it does again. I feel a huge surge of inspiration, just being back here after so long. So thanks in advance for any help!

You'll do wonderfully. If you could lose the 106# last year, this year's goal is very do-able.0
