Ok so I know a couple of people who have had surgery for weight loss and they have lost there breasts to the point of it's just skin one lost over 200 lbs and the other has lost about 140 lbs, I need to lose 133 lbs 21 lbs so far gone woohoo anyways I am scared this will happen to me so my question does anyone know what exercise i can do to help prevent this happening to me? I have not had any surgery so I am also wondering if it's because they lost there so fast, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

It really depends upon the composition of your breasts. If they are mostly fat, you'll end up deflated no matter what exercise you do or how fast you lose. If they have dense breast tissue, they should stay mostly the same.
Mine were almost all fat and are very deflated. I'm not bothered by it. I could always wear a padded bra to fill out what's missing if I wished.5
