Easy but good work outs after you had your knee scraped to clean out all the bad stuff in it

slow, slow bicycle until range of motion comes all the way back. then, eventually elliptical. I found best exercise after knee surgery was upper body lifting. depends on how far out of surgery you are and what they did other than a clean out. if walking isn't a problem at this point, then treadmill.
can also work on balance to regain some muscle on the leg you had surgery on. range of motion exercises is key. leg lifts too. gotta get the leg right before you can really do any major exercise.
good luck. been there, so if you have questions, feel free to reach out.0 -

Anything in the water is great. If you can find a local pool with aquasize, water bootcamp, or water jogging, I highly recommend it. I've had three knee surgeries and water exercise was my first step to getting back into the gym. Walking is always a good option as well. Yoga can help you regain your balance and flexibility.0
