Hi I'm in a budget deficit and I'm trying to save while bulking. Is 0.7g of protein sufficient enough to build muscle while bulking?I heard you don't really need a lot of protein just mainly carbs.I weight around 113-115lbs.

I personally prefer 1 gram per lb of bodyweight as it’s been shown to be most OPTIMAL. Not essential but optimal. Also, what are you stats? That’s very low weight depending on your physical stats...1

Seems that around 0.8g/lb is more than enough for muscle growth although as little as 0.64g/lb has been shown to work fine in most people.

It will depend on how male you are, how carnivorous, age, etc...
Like Ping said, 1g per lb of body weight is a catch all for the majority of people.
Some might benefit from ever so slightly more. Some could get same results with slightly less.
I prefer to error on the side of more than not enough for my goals.
