Does stevia sweeteners contain other forms of sweeteners as well?

I bought PureVia and the label says Steviol glycosides & Sucralose. I heard sucralose is not good for health. Is it like this for all Stevia based tablet sweeteners? Canderel's just says 14% Steviol glycosides.

"Not good for health" is so vague it's basically meaningless. Sucralose is approved as safe for humans to use with many years of research to back it up. If you want to avoid it anyway feel free of course but there's very little point.
Different sugar substitutes have a lot of different blends, that's normal. Steviol glycosides are like 300 times sweeter than sugar by volume so they have to be blended with something before they can be used as a substitute for real sugar.1
