Okay I have PCOS and Hidradenitis. I am currently taking spirolactone, metformin, and colcrys. Okay I take the colcrys for the inflammation of the Hidradenitis. Right now, I have one the size of a baseball right under my stomach and down to my groin area. It is so painful I can barely walk and I am a CNA and I won't be able to work until it goes away. This is one of the most embarrassing things I have. I weigh 310 pounds. I know I need to lose weight to feel better and alleviate the symptoms of both my PCOS and Hidradenitis. How do I exercise when I frequently get these lesions/cyst/boils/ or whatever you want to call them. I need help. I can't figure it out anymore. What kind of exercises can I do (after this one goes away and I can walk again) that won't make my Hidradenitis flare up????? Also, with my PCOS and insulin resistance, I noticed that if I don't eat fat or sugar every couple hours, I start to shake and get the cold sweats and light headed. I mean for breakfast when I wake up I eat oatmeal. I eat that for lunch too. They keep me really full. I cook something for dinner usually like chicken and potatoes and steeamed veggies. I have yogurt in between when i can. I just started working as a CNA and my schedule is from 2 pm to 10 pm. SO I can go five or six hours without eating because how busy I am. But the shakes and sweats and lightheadedness doesnt go away unless i eat like candy or ice cream or fried food. How do I get that to go away?? Please help me guys. I can't afford to go to a doctor until I get paid at the end of the month and I want someone who has more personal experience. I am sorry for the long description. If you need any other info, just ask. Thank you.
