Getting back on track

Hi everyone. I was doing really good, I had went from 200lbs to 165lbs and thennn my trip to Hawaii in July happened and I kinda fell of the wagon so to speak. I’m back at 180 now and I need the motivation to start losing again

    I totally understand. I’m trying to do the same. Luckily, we both know how! We just have to get a week or two behind us and it will seem like our normal again. Think of how great you felt and look back at your logging to see what was a favorite meal plan. We can do this!!
