Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe!

My step mom made this for me a few times, and I finally asked for the recipe. It's good stuff, and also stupid easy.


2 Frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Season with Paprika
Mix together one can Cream of mushroom soup & one can of Cream of Chicken soup
Pour the soups over the chicken
Cook on low 4-5 hours.

Sometimes I only make one chicken breast (because my husband is allergic to poultry, so I make just one for myself), so I will do a half can of mushroom soup and a half can of the cream of chicken soup. I'll make the chicken again in a few days later, and I'll use the others halves of the cans then. ;P

I do NOT like mushrooms AT ALL! But when you pull the chicken out of the crock pot there isn't a thick layer of the soups, because they break down a lot during the 4-5 hours of cooking.

    That does sound yummy. I often do something similar with chicken and peas, carrots etc and use it as a filling for a savoury pie, topped with mash. The only problem is I find it hard to make it fit my calories since those 'cream of' condensed soups are so high calorie.
