Looking for friends that are trying to get stronger/healthier

Hello!
I'm 26, female, and I've never in my entire life been able to run far without getting out of breath. I've had a bad posture since I was a kid, I've never participated in any sports and since my teens I've been living my life infront of a screen. On top of it all I've been eating quite poorly these last few years, but somehow my BMI has stayed in the lows.
I've started to make changes in my life to improve my current and future health, yoga and tai chi (mainly for the mind in my case), and now I will start with some beginner strength exercises and later on I will start running. Learning how to cook and eat well is also something I'll have to do.
I'm looking for friends who might be in a similar position, that maybe don't need to lose/gain much weight but have areas that they want to improve on.

howdy. I've been with mfp for a while, started using headspace to help clear my mind and found it really useful. i need to lose about 80lbs but im making small adjustments as I go, if I do too much in one go it always leads to failure so baby steps is the way forward for me. feel free to add me, just sent friend request. good luck with everything sounds like you are moving in a positive direction.2
