Hello everyone , I am new to this and have a couple of questions . So I currently am a stay at home mom and don’t really do much activity so my fitness pal put me at 1,200 calories . So what I am confused on if I need to eat about that much calories a day how much should I be burning at the gym once I start to go ?

I have the same calorie budget 1200. Feel free to add me if you’d like. My diary is Open to Friends on the app. We could see each other’s meals/snacks and hopefully inspire each other. 😊0
