Newbie

This is not my first diet, however this is the first time I will actually be trying to form good habits and focus on them rather than just lose weight. Most of the people in my life would probably not understand my wish to lose a few pounds, but I have just made a major post-break up (bad break up) change in life, and a way for me to feel happy and in control is to make sure I am content and comfortable with my body and my looks. So this will be about health and maintaining my “old self” more than weight loss (I only wish to lose very little weight and keep healthy).
