Vacation Time

I'm going on vacation for 1 week and I'm only 5 lbs away from my goal. Usually when I go on vacation or on holidays, I don't track anything, but since I'm so close to my goal, I don't want to do too much damage.

I'm thinking with eating 2 full meals each day of whatever I want, i shouldn't gain more than a lb or 2. What do you all think?

    I wouldn't care

I'd enjoy my holiday and eat and drink what ever I wanted.

In reality it might take an extra week or so to get to goal

I would just enjoy the vacation. Be mindful of the choices you are making but stress about it and don’t deprive yourself.

Are you going to enjoy your vacation if you’re skipping a meal every day?

Typically whenever I go on vacation I eat a big breakfast that usually holds me until dinner time.
