I did plan for 2,500 calories on Saturday. I have so much food it makes me wonder how I ever got fat in the first place. But then again I won't be bringing wine.
Also forgot that it is snowshoeing which probably makes every mile like 2 miles in terms of exercise and calorie requirements. Seems really unlikely you'll overeat in such a situation and give. it is just a 24 hour period even if you did it's not a bug deal....enjoy yourself.1 -
