I just recently bought an instant pot and I'm loving it :) so far I've made beef stew and pulled chicken. What are your favorite instant pot /slow cooker meals?? I'd love some creative ideas!

I love mine too but it's a different brand. No Instant Pot in Australia but it does the same thing. I have made Lasagna, black beans/other beans too, 3 cup chicken, braised lamb shanks, Teochew braised duck, zongzi, cabbage rolls but in lasagna form so it's really quick, chicken burrito bowls, Persian Lamb and Herb Stew (Ghormeh Sabzi), perfect dulce de leche in minutes not hours! Lots of different soups, mashed potatoes, beets etc. Steamed eggs so the shell comes off easier or crack them into a container whole then cut into squares or circles for muffins or beaten with added veggies or bacon for an omelette. I make stock about every second week. I keep chicken bones or other sort plus veggie trimmings in the freezer and when I have about half a pot full I turn it into stock. Much faster than on the stove. Yogurt of course too since it has that function. Great rice.

Here is one of my favourite IP sites. They give their recipes in great detail with pics and have tested them lots.
