Non training days

Due to interviews I had to skip the gym today, which was supposed to be a push day (chest triceps shoulders). Having said this, should I eat less calories? I also did not take my usual 15,000 steps today but only got 5-6thousand :(

Any advice?
I'm trying to lean bulk
