Non training days

Due to interviews I had to skip the gym today, which was supposed to be a push day (chest triceps shoulders). Having said this, should I eat less calories? I also did not take my usual 15,000 steps today but only got 5-6thousand
Any advice?
I'm trying to lean bulk

To use MFP as designed, set a weekly weight loss/gain/maintain goal. Those are your base calories before exercise. Then, you log exercise the day you do it and eat those calories back.

This day is something that happened out of the blue though0 -
MFP only adds calories to your daily goal if you log exercises under "cardiovascular". If you don't log any exercise, you would still follow your daily calorie goal, unless your settings are for "very active" assuming you would be lifting or getting in a lot more steps for your daily activity. If this is the case, then it is fine to eat slightly under your goal today. But I don't really see the need to lower your calories since you are bulking. Just hit the weights tomorrow.0

I feel like I'm missing something.
Unless your Activity Level is set to Very Active, which it should only be if it is your job that is very active, the fact that you were less active today doesn't matter, as you only earn exercise calories the day you exercise.
So you eat your regular base calories plus your steps calories.5 -
Your activity setting is an average and doesn't have to be tweaked on a daily basis.
Your calorie goal is for a non-exercise day so you eat more when you exercise rather than eat less when you don't exercise.2
