Newbie looking for a few good friends and challenges -

Today, I had my 1st appt with a Nutritionist. Joined MFP and already work a Fitbit. I’m a slightly used version of a 1956 female, missing a few original body parts & have one after market part added to increase performance. I need to lose 50+ lbs. I got a referral to a nutritionist to rework my diet and provide enlightenment regarding my hand to mouth choices. The honesty MFP has already shown me about today’s choices is, well, hard to swallow (pun intended). I see a steep learning curve in front of me. Either way, I need to start fueling my body and not just eating.

    That’s awesome! Awareness is a huuuge aspect of the journey. Accountability is another huge one! And this is a great place for it!
