I’m 54, soon to be 55. Doctors said I was morbidly obese, I was always tired, my knees and back hurt which made me even more lazy. On April 1 2018 I engaged a trainer and have begun going to the Gym and working out 3 times a week. I felt like I was dying. Struggling to breathe, so sore I needed hand rails to climb stairs. We didn’t do much at first other than low carb and we have gradually been changing my diet. Things have been going well, my body is changing, my cardio ability has improved and I have lost weight. I hope to meet some others here, share my journey, gain inspiration and hopefully provide some support and inspiration for others. As embarrassing as it may be I will also post some photos of myself as my journey continues. Feel free to send me a note or connect via the app.
Thanks,
JC
Thanks,
JC
