Custom goals per day

Hello,
I'd like to be able to set different calorie/protein/carb/fat goals per day and have them apply to any day i need.

I train 5 days a week but it could be any 5 days (not always the same 5)
I know I can set different goals for each day, but those goals are then always tied to that day.

For example - The days I train I have a goal of 2500 calories, and non-training days are 1800.
If i train on Monday i want that day to have the "training goal" but I can only set goals per day in the app, so if i happen to not train on the following monday, the goal is still set to the "training day goal" when i want it to be the "non-training day goal"

Does this make sense? is it possible?

    Yes with the premium on the calories anyway. I'm not sure about macros.

    I zigzag my calories and the premium does allow you to set different goals per day.

    ok yeah you can edit the calories each day to a different value. You can change the macros also but they have to be a % it seems. I'd prefer to be able to use grams for macros

    actually playing around with it, whenever i change the calorie goal for a day it seems to change it for every day

    With premium you can set the macros by gram by day. Under goals, then daily nutrition goals, then there is the option to set by gram and by day.

    Are you selecting the days? I set mine up on the app (Goals-Calorie,Carbs,Protein & Fat Goals, Add daily goal) are you on the app or website (my home - goals-edit custom daily goals).

    It also appears you can see grams for macros on the app - in your diary after you log a meal tap the header for that meal, it will bounce between % & g's.

    This is the PC version. You can see the "set custom daily goals" on the right. After clicking that, you can choose to use grams.

    Yes but, if i set Monday to a custom goal then monday is always going to be that goal. Sometimes i might want a different goal on a different Monday... e.g. if i train one monday but don't the next monday i'd want different goals

    You'll just have to set it week by week for that.

    You could add an exercise entry for 700 cals on your training days. It won't change your macro percentages but will give you the right number of calories.
