Any fit tubies (those with feeding tubes)?

Just looking for motivation. I have a surgically implanted dangler jejunostomy tube (since oct 17, 18) and want to get back into fitness once I become weight restored. Currently I am walking (I just got out of the hospital after an 88 day stay-including a blood infection and a bowel obstruction) so I can't do much yet but I want to get back into running, cycling and some lifting (though limited as I have been cut midline twice- proctocolectomy/ileostomy 1.5 years ago and this one). Scared of hernias. Any fit tubies out there? I'm 18.5 hours on, 5.5 hours off so can exercise without my feed running.

MFP seems to have fewer posters these days, but I bet if you posted on r/fitness or r/disabilityfitness you would get more answers. Reddit can be a cesspool but it’s great for bringing niche groups together.2
