HCG Diet

Hello!
I’ve been trying to loose weight for about 4 years now. Diets, personal trainer, Fat Camp, exercise group support, going to the gym everyday twice a day, calorie counting, you name it & I’ve probably tried it. I’m currently the heaviest I’ve ever been, 185 at 5’4” is not a pretty number. I’m heavily involved in theatre and have school from 8 am to 3 pm and then theatre from 3:30 to around 8:30 pm everyday (including weekends for 5 hours except Sunday). I’m exhausted and I feel disgusting to be honest. I’m starting the HCG diet in two days, I’ve already talked to the doctors and they’ve cleared me to go. I was wondering if anybody else was doing it or have done it and had any support for after the diet. I know I’m going to loose a lot of weight from this diet but I’m worried about maintaining and keeping the weight off! I’d really appreciate some support buddies that will help me be motivated and know what to do after the diet!
Thanks!
