I've just heard her on a podcast and now have a hold on her nutrition book Body Love. Started the "bewell" smoothie in the mornings. Anyone have any thoughts on feedback on her book or principles? Thanks!

    From the book description:

"In this inspirational yet practical book, the nutritional consultant and holistic healthcare expert who has helped celebrities such as Jessica Alba, Molly Sims, Chelsea Handler, and Emmy Rossum improve their health and achieve their goals shows you how to get beyond the food drama of cyclical fad diets and feel and look great by eating well. "

"Filled with tips and resources on supplements and cleansing, dozens of delicious, healthy recipes and advice on how to adjust your eating when traveling and on vacation, Body Love is your one-stop resource to living clean and happy!"

I follow her on Instagram, not much to say except that she provides good recipes.

Looks like a pretty typical lifestyle influencer type person.

Haven't heard of her - but I've managed to live happy, if not clean, for over half a century so I think I will carry on without said book.

The description alone should be enough to make you toss it aside. So much BS in that last sentence I don't think I want to know what is inside the book.

Her plan seems unnecessarily restrictive (no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no added sugar, extremely limited grains and fruit).
