Hi guys! I used to be mfp member 4 years ago and it helped me lose 12kg for 3 months (from 80kg to 68kg). That was not my goal weight but I was more than satisfied with my progress. My new job made me lose habit of entering food during the day so unfortunately I stop to use app but somehow I kept my weight around 70-72kg (so when I lost 12kg it was on a right way). Now I have 72kg and I want to start again to my goal weight 66kg!!! Feel free to add me so we can support each others 🤗✌🏻

    Hi all - Good morning merypopins92 - I also did really well a few years ago and got down to 63 - my current weight of 73K and I would love to be around 63 again. Last time I did it with a high (animal) protein low carb diet - this time Im just focussing on whole foods -plant based- and a little fish/egg/turkey. Im trying to up the exercise in the weeks coming up to Christmas/New Year as my zumba classes finish this week and I need to add in a lot more steps to make up for that.
