What is your go-to fast food?

I am going to be out for dinner, so I have to pick up something real quick. I was thinking a grilled chicken sandwich from somewhere, but curious what other people usually do?
I have 646 calories left for the day.
Near me, there is:
McDonald's
Jack in the Box
Burger King
Taco Bell
I did really well this week (this was my re-start week), and I'm a little nervous because fast food is my biggest temptation.

Whatever strikes your fancy that fits your calories. I do like Taco Bell for fitting a lot of food in a smaller amount of calories. Go Fresco!10

Oh yeah, I forgot about their fresco stuff!2 -
Zambreros!0

Taco Bell's plain tacos (or even the Doritos Locos!) are 170 calories a piece. Their Power Bowls are pretty low cal.
I also like the veggie burger from BK. Maybe with a side salad or small onion ring?2 -
Hamburger kids meal at McDonald’s with apple slices and the kids sized fry (with Diet Coke) is less than 400 cals.6
-
I would suggest a Chicken Fajita Pita with no cheese for JIB. Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich if you’re craving McDonald's.1

My go to on the go food (or when i don't feel like cooking) is Chipotle.4
-
My go to- is burger king- veggie burger- with ketchup/ mustard- no mayo- extra lettuce, tomatoe, pickles. with a value onion ring(smaller than a small-less calories) and diet coke.
also love del taco- value menu- three layer nachos and one mini chicken or beef quesadilla.
Look online at the restaurant menu/ calorie count before you even go to the place and you can figure out what you want- always have a second choice handy0 -

I know I wish there was one close by. That's usually a safe bet.

Okay I need to try their veggie burger.0 -
The Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad at McDonald's is pretty good. It's only 350 calories so you can have some fries with it, or an apple pie.1

The BK veggie burger is pretty darn good.
I usually get 1-2 mini beefy quesadillas from Taco Bell depending on my calorie needs (210 for one). I find them very filling and tasty.3 -
My number one go to is a triple cheeseburger from McDs with a whopping 29 grams of protein. I think it has 500 calories.2

In McDonalds UK we have wrap of the day. Certain days of the week have a specific wrap for £1.99 with the rest at normal price, you have the option to get it either grilled or fried. I usually go to McDonalds because of this healthier grilled option. There is also subway but it is a bit of a rip off.3

I like Potbelly or Panera. Or, I call a local restaurant and order pick up.3
-
Panda Express. One item bowl, grilled teriyaki and veggies. 380 calories. Just don’t eat the teriyaki sauce. I use one packet of soy sauce for the veggies. Add one fortune cookie for 20 calories.5

Subway chopped salad (cheese only, or cheese and egg, depending on how my macros look for the day), all veggies except jalapenos, hit the oregano and salt/pepper hard, vinegar only to dress.
Taco Bell veggie power bowl, lose the rice, double the black beans, many packets hottest hot sauce.
Egg McMuffin, double egg, skim latte.
Panera pick 2, black bean soup + Greek salad, apple as the side; OR Vegan lentil quinoa bowl, cup of creamy tomato soup, apple as the side (add 2T nutritional yeast and 1t chili powder to either soup if I've had a prep opportunity).
I really dislike fast food, but some of my friends like to go there during meetings, or during travel. Above is mostly how I cope, though I do get the Subway salad (no egg, occasionally cheese) for a tide-me-over snack if I'm hungry and delaying a meal while running errands.
I'm vegetarian, but you guessed.5 -
McDonalds southwest salad with grilled chicken has a lot of flavor.1
-
Leftovers3

Subway usually...sometimes the Med salad from Wendy's or a baked potato and chilli.1
-
Well I usually go places like bk and chick-fil-a because of the play places and I don't have to worry about keeping my toddler "contained" lol. But I don't eat at McDonalds because, other than their cookies, I think their food is just plain horrid. Burger King is slightly better. Chick-Fil-A is pretty good but I find that it's not very filling for some reason. I can eat 12 nuggets and a thing of fries and still be hungry. I guess it's better to get a sandwich because the bread probably fills you up more but I really love those nuggets4

When you eat out it has lots of sodium I started meal prep for the week so much easier3

This is for tonight, so I'm guessing meal prep isn't in the cards for right now. A meal that is high in sodium isn't that big of a deal for people without a medical reason to limit it. Just have an extra glass of water if you get thirsty.7 -

And besides that sometimes it's nice to go out to eat and have someone else make your food for you lol.9 -

Good point. I meal prep and I love cooking, but I still enjoy having a night where someone else does all the work (and washing up).1 -
My choice is Panera. I get the Pick Two Mediterranean veggie sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Sometimes I get the apple as my side. Sometimes I get the chips and save them for a snack another day. Their kettle chips are so good and perfectly portioned.2
-
Honestly, I often pick kids' meals if I have limited options and have to do fast food, like while travelling, and I'm trying to keep my calories fairly low. Most are between 400-600 calories since they're a little smaller but it's usually a reasonable portion for me.1

Looks like you already found tonight's meal, but here's my go to fast food:
Arbys--double roast beef sandwich (no condiments, just the plain roast beef) and no sides, unless I have extra calories to use. Which I usually don't. The sandwich by itself has enough protein to satisfy me for a long time.
Dairy Queen--4 piece chicken strips. Just the chicken, again no sides. Maybe some buffalo sauce to dip in. Or sometimes a double hamburger w/ just veggies and no condiments.
Qdoba--taco salad w/ chicken (double chicken if I'm really hungry), bacon, Caesar dressing, and pico de gallo. Sometimes add some tortilla strips on top for some crunch.
