Introduction

Hi, My name is Laura and I just started today. I wanted to use the recipe calculator on here cause I often log into Sparkpeople's and often I thought they might be off ion their calories or sodium when it comes to recipes I put in. When I logged everything into myfitnesspal I found out the sodium was way off. I also found out that their calculations for how much I burned were way off. I need more accurate calculations in order to burn more calories.
