Hi!! My name is Cristina and I wanted to tell you that I’m not special...

...I just know what I want and I do everything in my power to get it.

Do my inner thighs touch? Yes.

Do I have cellulite? Yes.

Do I have days where I’m super bloated and I can’t see my abs? Yes.

Do I struggle with motivating myself to go to the gym, resisting my favorite snacks (Doritos and candy 😬😳) and have a hard time not eating everything in sight when I go out to dinner? Yes, yes and YES!

I’m not special... I’m just like you. The only difference is I do the things I have to do to reach my goal NO MATTER WHAT.

That means if I don’t have time after work to go to the gym, I get up an hour earlier.

That means making my meals ahead of time so I don’t just say “eff it” and grab the first junky food I see.

That means staying consistent even when I really REALLLLY don’t feel like it (and trust me, this happens more than you might think.)

This message is for you if you’re feeling stuck, if you haven’t reached your goals yet, if you feel like you’re doing EVERYTHING you can and your body refuses to change....

I was given the same box of tools you were given. Make use of them and don’t give up. If I can do it so can you ❤️
