4 Tips to Staying Motivated!!

💥 4 STEPS TO STAY MOTIVATED 💥

1. Remember your WHY. Remind yourself of alllll the reasons why you started this journey in the first place. Is it to have more energy to play with your kids? Is it because you want to look sexy for your significant other? Is it because you’re sick and tired of spending hours getting ready because nothing fits in your closet?? Whatever the reason may be, reflect on that and remember WHY you started

2. Remember that no matter what choice you make, time is going to pass anyway. Are you okay with looking back 6 months from now and STILL hating how you look and feel?...Didn’t think so. Every day that you get your butt to the gym, every day that you say no to junky food, every day that you work towards your goals despite all the excuses and things that get in your way is one day closer to hitting your ultimate goal!

3. Take progress pictures! THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU THINK 💥There will be days when you feel like crap and even after working out every day you STILL don’t feel like you’re making any progress. Progress pictures will show you objectively exactly how far you’ve come.

4. If motivation doesn’t come easy to you, get someone to hold you accountable! Get a workout buddy to go with you to the gym or hire a personal trainer to help motivate you when you can’t motivate yourself! Someone who is as invested in your goals as you are!

    This helped load and made me realize i need to love myself more and eat a bit more. I think i have a body image issue. Im 145lbs lean 175cm and still think im fat.... even when i can slightly see my abs in the morning i still think i need to lose a bit more.

    Reflection : started to get healthy and now trying too hard.... time to treat myself better.
