So I have recently lost almost 4 stone and I’m almost at my goal and my body has gone down amazingly but my face is still huge and I’m really embarrassed about it. I’ve tried everything and it won’t go down and it makes all my weight loss seem pointless and makes me feel ugly. I am 5,4 and 9st 4 so I am a healthy weight but my goals weight is 8st 12. I will upload pics of my face compared to my body. Any advice please on what I can do for my face it’s really getting me down3f2o4l2ejabx.png

Oh, honey - you're beautiful, both your body and your face. It's just the way your genetics are lined up, your particular ethnicity is just like that. :)

We are all different, you are beautiful just the way God created you.

This - your face is not huge, it's beautiful! Your eyes are striking, you have the cutest button nose, and perfectly balanced lips. I'm guessing you feel like your cheeks are too full, but this will serve you well later, as it will keep you looking youthful
  • Thankyou both. It’s just getting me down as I would love a slim toned face. Feel abit like a bobble head lol

I think your face looks in proportion to your body.

Your face shape isn’t just determined by fat. It’s also determined by muscle and other tissue, especially bone structure. You can’t change the shape of your skull.

In addition, how old are you? Many people have more fat in their faces when they are young, and gradually lose it as they age.
