Switching from normal milk to goats milk, would it make any difference

I like goat's milk but dont know if there is a difference in nutritional value.1

Really depends on if you have any specific allergies to the various proteins. Like holsteins for example have an ‘A1’ type of beta-casein and jerseys have A2. Since dairy intolerance is almost nonexistent in countries that predominantly milk jersey cows, there’s a theory that A1 is more allergenic. Goats milk is A2.
Really all you can do is try it and see how it affects you.
Barring allergies, I’m guessing the nutritional content is fairly similar.0
