Could I loose progress ?

Hey guys . Well I have not exercised or have been tracking my calories for the past 3 days. I have been really busy with appointments and having family events every day and I know I have been over eating past my cc. Idk how much but would 3 days of being unfocused make me lose my progress ? I weighed around 143 until the weekend and now I weigh back to 145/6 ish. It kind of got me down. I have been keeping track but I've already ate half of my cc. Which is bad for me since it would usually take me another 4 hours to be at that cc.

And I stress eat, so I've been eating like crazy and not having portion control like I did before the weekend.1

Weight loss occurs over time. Three days is a blip. Just start tracking again and move forward.4

You could lose some progress but life happens. Sustained weight loss requires an average calorie deficit over the long term. Sustained weight gain requires an average calorie excess over the long term. In the short term, weight wobbles even outside of how many calories you consume.
Worrying about what you've already done doesn't help. Start from now, log everything before it goes into your mouth so that you can decide if you really want it or not before you've consumed, and keep going.2 -
@seska422 thank you so much. It calmed me down lol. My own thinking doesnt help since I'm a overthinker lol. But yes I'm just down because it took a while for my body to adjust to portion control and now it's out of control and I've been doing very good until now0

Life happens. Just dust yourself off and get back on track today. Don’t sweat a few day, you’ve got a lifetime ahead of you2
