I am at wits end with my weight

Well I guess a little info about me.

I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful kids, and 6 pets, and an overgrown child(husband). I have hit an all time high weight and I need to start a plan and stick to it. Any help or support would be wonderful.

    Current weight? Height? goal weight? What are you trying? Do you want to make your diary public?

    I'm at my largest weight as well, but now gradually losing it thankfully!

  • Allo's. I am 32 years old. i am 5'4 I weigh 293 currently, and my first goal in to get to 220 and go from there. I am disabled due to severe sciatica and femoral neuropathy, degenerative disc in my spine and depression that can make it hard to have motivation. I was skinny growing up and ended up anorexic in high school and homeless for a while. As soon as I got pregnant with my eldest, all my body did was hoard calories, fat, and i rapidly gained weight. I was on limited bed rest with hre, and full bed rest with my youngest. I was down to 200 after i seperated from my ex husband , and gained it all back and then some.

    I have no issues with it being public, the more help the merrier. I do basic housework, walking when i can and meditation.

    I hit my highest weight as school ended almost 195 lbs. I thought I was 184!!!! Funny thing is that when you're in size eighteen clothes you can easily gain ten pounds nad not notice. YikeS! Anyhoo, I've been keeping to 1200 calories per day but still having treats within the calorie range. I've had my son (7 year old) help me do exercise and set challenges for me everyday. I'm down to 186.2 today. 8 pounds lighter!!!!! So freakn exciting once you get those numbers going lower. For me though I've commited to the fact that not every week will be a winner but over a year I will get there. Will I get to 140? Its kind of hard to see that right now but I know I will see 179 on the scales very soon.
    Then 169.
    then 159.
    then 149 (which will blow my mind to be honest)

    I'm using lots of fruits and shakes and slim fast bars to get through the day when I might make some bad choices.

    You sound ready to commit to yourself. I say start right now, start cleaning up your diet and eliminating crap and bringing in the good healthy stuff and start an exercise regimen that you can commit too. You can do this your already a mom, wife, cook, housecleaner, chef, taxi driver, and I could go on.... I know I have 5 kids 1 dog and a hubby to take care of and stay home too. Its time to take care of you and I believe you can do it :)
