Started my journey 2016 with less carb more protein diet. Dropped 250 to 240. Maintained during 2017/2018. November I discovered the Keto concept and decided it would work for me. Dropped 240-233 since November. I'm using my fitness pal app to track macros. The hardest part for me is getting in and staying in ketosis. I think I eat to much protein but it's difficult to find fats without protiens. A snap shot of my Fat/protein/carb percentage typically looks like 65-70/15-20/5-10 respectfully.
Looking forward to reading through the forums as I am always looking for inspiration.
