True calorie content of Ole Xtreme Tortillas

I discovered the Ole Xtreme Tortillas in my grocery store. They're the same size as other tortillas, but only 50 calories. I'm a little afraid it's too good to be true. The nutrition breakdown says each tortilla is 1.5 grams fat, 16 grams carbs, and 4 grams protein. Based on the understanding that fat is 9 calories per gram, carbs are 4 calories, and protein is 4 calories -- Should the calories per tortilla be closer to 93.5 (1.5x9 + 16x4 + 4x4)? Or am I misunderstanding that formula? Does fiber somehow work into that (11 grams per tortilla)?

US Nutrition Facts rules include allowances for companies to exclude part or all of the calories from fiber (depending upon solubility) from the total calories listed.
That's one of the reasons that a "Net Carbs" setting wouldn't necessarily work as expected on MFP.3
