So, what's a good keto-based high protein breakfast that I can have?

Various meats, beans, dairy products, things that aren't traditionally thought of as breakfast food. I'm sure a search on google for "keto no eggs" would net a number of results.0

Meat. I think smoked salmon is a lovely breakfast food (I normally eat it with eggs, but not required).
I think tofu is pretty low carb, you could do a tofu scramble.
But mostly I'd let go of the idea that you need to eat specific foods for breakfast. I went through a stage (and I wasn't even keto) of eating a salad with protein on it for breakfast. This morning I had leftover kale and white bean soup -- clearly not keto approved with the beans, but you get the idea.0
